1. Requesting a Quotation

Please send the following product details via email or LINE:

• Product URL

• Product name & price

• Supplier contact information

• Receipt image (if available)

• Quantity, color, and other relevant information

We will check availability and delivery time based on the information provided.

2. Quotation Delivery

A quotation will be sent via email within 2 business days.
In some cases, it may take longer depending on the content.

3. Payment & Order Placement

Once you approve the quote, we will proceed with payment and order placement.
Please note that cancellations cannot be accepted after payment.
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and volume of the products and will be informed after packing.

4. Shipping & Tracking

Once the product arrives at our office, we will pack it and notify you of the shipping cost.
After confirming your payment, we will ship the product and provide a tracking number.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

We mainly use EMS (Express Mail Service).
Delivery usually takes 3 to 4 days after shipping.
Delays may occur due to postal circumstances.
Other shipping methods may take 2 weeks to over a month. Please consult us in advance.
