Service Fee

🔹 Basic Service Fee: 10% of the total product cost
🔹 Minimum Fee: If 10% of the product cost is less than 100,000 KRW, a minimum of 100,000 KRW will be charged
🔹 Packaging & Shipping: Only actual shipping costs will be billed
🔹 Order Processing Fee: Free of charge (includes packing and shipping procedures)

🔹 Standard Packaging (small box + bubble wrap): Included in the basic service (free of charge)
🔹 For split shipments, item sorting, or complex packaging, a separate quote will be provided depending on the work involved
🚚 [Store Visits & Regional Handling Fees]
🔹 Visiting multiple stores in the same area: From the third store onward, an additional 3,000 KRW pickup fee per store will be charged
🔹 Visiting stores in different areas: Additional fees will apply depending on travel distance and response time
🔹 For services outside of Seoul, additional charges will apply based on required time and actual transportation costs
