Our Process

1. Request a Quote

For shopping or wholesale inquiries, please send the following information via LINE or Email:

• Product URL

• Product Name & Price

• Vendor Contact Information (for wholesale)

• Reference URL or Images

• Details (Quantity, Color, etc.) Based on the information provided, we will verify stock availability and lead time

 

2. Receive Your Quote

A formal quote, including service fees, will be provided within 2 business days.

3. Payment & Order Placement

Upon payment, we immediately secure your items. Please note that orders cannot be canceled once processed.

4. Quality Inspection

When items arrive at our warehouse, we conduct a "Basic Inspection" (checking quantity, color, and major defects). Photos will be sent to you for verification.

5. Packaging & Shipping Fee

After inspection, we pack your items and calculate the final shipping cost based on weight/dimensions. Once the shipping fee is paid, we dispatch within 24 hours and provide a tracking number.

6. Delivery Estimate

Standard EMS shipping takes 3-4 business days. Economy sea freight is also available upon request.
