When delivering products purchased or sourced in Korea to customers overseas, ONLINE-KOREA reviews the product details and your requirements, then recommends the most suitable shipping method from international post, international express courier, air freight, and sea freight.
There is no one-size-fits-all shipping method. We advise each customer based on their situation, including the type, quantity, weight, and volume of the products, the destination country, the desired delivery timeline, and whether the shipment is for personal use or commercial import.
💡Available Shipping Methods
📮 International Post (EMS / International Parcel Post)
Suited to compact shipments such as small quantities of goods and samples. We also frequently recommend this method for items purchased by individual customers.
🚚 International Express Courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.)
Recommended when you need fast delivery or want to track your shipment in detail.
🛫 Air Freight
Recommended for heavy shipments or multi-package commercial cargo that needs to arrive relatively quickly.
🚢 Sea Freight (LCL / FCL)Suited to bulky cargo and commercial cargo in large quantities. There are two options: LCL (Less than Container Load), where your cargo is consolidated with other customers' shipments, and FCL (Full Container Load), where you have exclusive use of an entire container. We will recommend the appropriate option based on your cargo volume and budget.
※ For small LCL shipments, CFS charges, documentation fees, local charges, and other costs may apply in addition to ocean freight, so LCL is not always the most cost-effective option. We will explain these costs as well when advising you.
