Seoul’s Eunpyeong District will open Darakbang (茶樂房), a Korean tea culture experience space, on July 18 inside a modern hanok in Eunpyeong Hanok Village.

Meaning “a place of tea and joy,” the two-story facility includes a floor-seating area on the first floor and table seating on the second. Visitors can enjoy tea along with ceramic art displays and a tranquil yard, offering both relaxation and cultural immersion.
On opening day at 2 p.m., guests can tour the space and enjoy tea blending experiences. Full-scale programs will begin on July 26 and will be fee-based.
Admission is free, and the venue is expected to become a unique and peaceful stop for visitors to Eunpyeong Hanok Village to experience traditional Korean tea culture.
