Ini menandai tahap terakhir dari proyek food hall cabang Gangnam, setelah “Sweet Park,” “House of Shinsegae,” dan “Shinsegae Market.” Total luas food hall kini mencapai 6.000 pyeong (sekitar 19.835㎡ / 213.800 sq ft / 4,9 acre), menjadikannya yang terbesar di Korea. The newly introduced Deli Hall goes beyond simple ready-to-eat meals, offering restaurant-quality Asian, Korean, and Western cuisines.

Asian options include Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurants such as Windy Grinos (Singapore), Nam’s Deli (Thailand), Guo Mandu (China), Kyoto Onimaru (Japan), and Blue Butterfly (Vietnam).

For Korean cuisine, offerings include Seoyeon by Michelin-starred chef Kim Do-yeon and Hwadon Jeomjeong from Jeju, along with health-conscious brands such as salad bar Veggie Studio and poke/salad specialist Wasabi Green.

European-inspired first-in-Korea stores such as Vecchia e Nuovo Gastro, Beton Kitchenette, and Godiva Crepe will also debut.

Shinsegae stated that the new Deli Hall “represents a milestone in elevating the standard of Korean gastronomy,” adding that it will strengthen differentiated content and services to provide customers with a unique experiential value in offline spaces.
