Ottogi has launched a limited edition of “Jin Ramen Slightly Spicy,” combining the best of both the mild and spicy versions.

This new product strikes a perfect balance between mildness and spiciness, featuring a rich Korean-style broth made with New Zealand beef bone and brisket stock simmered for over 13 hours. Its biggest appeal is that it was created for those who enjoy a deliciously moderate level of heat in their ramen.

An Ottogi representative stated, “Recently, recipes combining the mild and spicy Jin Ramen have been trending on social media, and we’ve received ongoing requests for a new product reflecting this.” They added, “We hope people enjoy this new flavor and discover more ways to experience Jin Ramen.”

This version will be released in a 5-pack format with a total of 600,000 units. It will first launch on Coupang on May 26, and will be available in convenience stores and online malls nationwide starting in June.
