[🇬🇧] Busan Hosts 'Taxi + Michelin' Food Festival Led by Local Drivers

From May 16 to 18, the city of Busan will host the 10th Busan Original Downtown Revitalization Festival “Taxi-lin (택슐랭)” across its original city center areas, including Jung-gu, Seo-gu, Dong-gu, and Yeongdo-gu.

Launched last year, “Taxi-lin” is a unique culinary tourism event where veteran taxi drivers introduce hidden gem restaurants around downtown Busan.

This year, the event will release a “Taxi-lin Guidebook” featuring not only taxi driver recommendations but also citizen-selected hotspots. Based on a survey of 250 taxi drivers, the guide includes food spots, tourist attractions, interviews, and driving tips.

Dessert and café recommendations from local citizens are also included, and an English version of the guidebook is available for foreign tourists.

The festival will kick off with an opening ceremony on May 16 at 7:30 p.m. in front of Busan Station.
