Korean cosmetics company・ Amorepacific announced on the 18th that it is accepting applications for the 16th Amorepacific Brand Challenge, a marketing competition for university students, until May 30.

Now in its 16th year, the competition has expanded its eligibility to include university students not only from Korea but also from the U.S. and Japan, aiming to discover global marketing talents.

Participants must form teams of three and choose one of the Amorepacific brands—LANEIGE, AESTURA, or ILLIYOON—to propose an innovative social media marketing idea. The semi-finals will be held online in June and July, and the final round will take place on August 27 at Amorepacific’s headquarters.

For the Korea-based participants, the top prize (1 team) is 10 million KRW, with two runner-up teams receiving 5 million KRW each, and two additional winners receiving 3 million KRW each. Additionally, two teams each from the U.S. and Japan will receive a Korea visit grant worth 10 million KRW.

All participants are eligible for benefits such as resume screening exemptions, internship opportunities, and bonus points when applying for overseas branches of Amorepacific.

An Amorepacific representative stated, “This program is part of our efforts to secure global talent and enhance recruitment competitiveness. We hope to see many passionate students interested in beauty and marketing.”
