The research team at KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology) has developed a functional anti-hair loss shampoo, the “Gravity Hair Lifting Shampoo Strong” which has seen explosive sales and gained widespread attention.

In one TV shopping segment, all 33,000 units prepared for sale sold out within just 40 minutes of the broadcast, generating approximately 1 billion won (around 100 million yen). This product achieved sales of up to 2.4 million won (about 270,000 yen) per minute, garnering strong viewer reactions. In its initial broadcast last month, over 20,000 units were also sold out.

The shampoo features the patented ingredient “Liftmax,” which forms a protective polyphenol layer over the hair. This polyphenol technology supports anti-hair loss care while also improving hair volume.
