[🇬🇧] SRT Mobile App Adds English, Chinese, and Japanese Services

SR, the operator of Korea’s high-speed SRT, announced on May 20 that its mobile app now supports English, Chinese, and Japanese.

Previously available only on the website, multilingual services have now been expanded to the app.

SR expects this move to enhance convenience for foreign travelers and promote domestic tourism as Korea sees a surge in inbound tourism.

According to the Korea Tourism Organization, the number of tourists visiting Korea last year reached 16.37 million, a 48.4% increase from the previous year, recovering to 94% of pre-pandemic levels.

CEO Lee Jong-guk stated, “With the increasing number of international users, we will continue to innovate digital services to meet global expectations.”
