Global fashion brand ZARA announced on October 2 that it will introduce services featuring a Hangul logo in celebration of Hangul Day on October 9.

As part of the initiative, ZARA will temporarily incorporate Hangul elements into its official online store and services. For a limited time, both the online store and delivery boxes for online orders will feature the Hangul logo “자라” instead of the traditional English “ZARA.” The Hangul logo, which received strong public response when unveiled last year, has been reinterpreted with a fresh design for this year.
Additionally, the brand’s customization service “Edited” will now include Hangul-only options. Customers can choose from three Hangul fonts, as well as three cultural icons inspired by Korean tradition: two tiger motifs and a moon rabbit.
A ZARA representative stated, “Through last year’s Hangul logo, we confirmed that customers resonated deeply with ZARA’s cultural approach. This year, we’ve gone further by incorporating Hangul into the overall customer experience, celebrating its value while building stronger connections with our customers.”
